june wrap up 2024 ☀️

Oh, summer. ⭐ Not a big fan of yours, however, I am enjoying my time reading lots of books. Hello friends, June is already over and I am here to show you everything I read this month! It was a productive month for me, I kept up with writing reviews, enjoyed the sun and sea, and had a decently good time at work (considering I had a week off lol) and I cannot wait for what July will bring to me. 💕

#1 The Emperor by RuNyx (Dark Verse #3)
I loved it! I loved every single part of it. RuNyx is one of my favourite dark romance authors right now, and I cannot wait to read the rest of the series, and the story of Dante and Amara blew my mind away. It was the first book of the month and it was a definite blast!

#2 Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover (Maybe #1)
The second book of the month was a fiction by Colleen Hoover, and I have already prepared the review, it definitely was a good book for me, I liked the romance and the reality that the book had in its plot. Overall this was a good second book and I will read the last book of the duology one day in the future but I don’t see myself reading it anytime soon.

#3 Broken Whispers by Neva Altaj (Perfectly Imperfect #2)
The third book was a mafia romance, as you can see I cannot get rid of dark romance books, and it was a mediocre book, I always say this about this series it is a no-brain reading time for me and I enjoyed it I’m not going to lie.

#4 Deviant King by Rina Kent (Royal Elite #1)
The 4th book was the starting point for my RinaVerse, I have finally decided to read the books in the official order and it was a good start for the series but it didn’t blow my mind.

#5 Steel Princess by Rina Kent (Royal Elite #2)
The 5th book of the month was the 2nd book of the Royal Elite series and I can definitely say that this one was way better than the first book; I am now happy to see the unravelling of the plot and how everything comes together. I cannot wait to finish the third book and start the new series.

#6 Daughter of No Worlds by Carissa Broadbent (The War of Lost Hearts #1)
This book was everything I didn’t know I needed. I was prolonged reading this due to my busy work schedule, but the last 400 pages flew by within 2 days, it was phenomenal. It has been a good while since I have read a fantasy romance with this good plot, storytelling, characters and everything.

#7 The Darkest Temptation by Danielle Lori (Made #3)
I have been on a break from Lori’s books but as for my seventh book, I decided to continue the series. Another mafia romance, however, this one let me down a little and the story drag my ass very much. I barely managed to finish this on the last day of June and after two amazing books…. this one was kind of a disappointment.

Overall, this was a productive month for me! Let me know what did you read as well, I truly hope I can continue reading as much next month too. I will do my best and use my Kindle as much as I can and sit down to read every free moment I have. August will be very hectic because of work and Vietnam visits, so the more I read through July the better it will be! Anyway, see you in my next post friends! 📖⭐
